Welcome to my blog! I'm looking at how you can get an older home to net-zero energy and how much it will cost.  So any ideas or tips would be extremely helpful.

Hi Meghan,
Very nice blog setup! I'll provide some info on your topic once we all get going.

A good place to start would be the series of publications from the CMHC titled Renovating for Energy Savings. Go to www.cmhc.ca and search for the title. As you will see, it depends a lot on the kind of house you are starting with. I would recommend that you choose either a specific house, or a specific type of house. I can make suggestions if you want to use a specific house, but don't have one to use.

Hey, Meghan. Morgan did something similar for her project, so we have a ton of relevant material I can bring in for you on Monday.

Hi Meghan,
The blog looks great! If your looking for some old houses there are lots where i lived when i was in the downtown area. That was on Nicola St W. Good house hunting!
